Registration Instructions:

1、Due to uncertainties caused by COVID-19, international participants can access the virtual conference option, with the rate of 200 USD for the registration fee. This option is not available for participants from China.  

2、Papers will not be included in the ICEMPE 2021 proceedings if they do not have a paid registration associated with them by 30th March 2021. 

3、The paid registration fee can be fully refunded by 10th March 2021, 100 RMB service fee will be charged for the refund after 10th March 2021.
