Dear Colleagues and Authors, 

Thank you for your support to the 3rd IEEE International Conference on Electrical Materials and Power Equipment (ICEMPE 2021).  We are happy to share that we have had a very good and overwhelming digest submission this year (500+). Due to the conflict with the Tomb-sweeping Day of China, the organizing committee has decided that the date of ICEMPE 2021 is changed from April 4th-8th, 2021 to April 11th-15th, 2021. The conference will be conducted in hybrid / virtual format considering the untoward COVID-19 situation. The in-person part of the hybrid conference is planned to be organized in Chongqing, China.
